Hi. I’m Victoria, a Berlin-based executive leader in Product and UX with 15+ years of experience across Design, Research, and Product Management—and over 14 years in leadership roles.
Curiosity, empathy, and a deep passion for people are at the core of how I work. I thrive on observing and understanding the world around us—and turning those insights into meaningful, lasting experiences.
I’m at my best when leading and inspiring cross-functional teams to create products that resonate. I also take pride in building environments where people can grow, learn, and thrive—both personally and professionally.
Since 2021, I’ve been mentoring and coaching emerging and established leaders in product, design, and leadership—supporting them in navigating complexity, owning their path, and making meaningful impact.
I love challenging the status quo and driving change and innovation at every level.
